We are seeking servers to join our family team to serve up creative ice cream and food to our great customers.

When our staff has questions, our response is not the standard mom answerbecause I said so.
But instead, we aim to empower our staff to understand and gain knowledge behind their tasks while we listen and implement their suggestions.

The ideal server will be a self-starter, eager to learn, and take pride in serving excellent meals, meals that they have had an active role in creating.
Must haves:
- A passion and enthusiasm for serving creative, quality food - Ability to adapt and overcome (which sometimes entails laughing until you cry) - Work ethic - Self-starter that is eager to learn - Unwillingness to accept just ok - Desire to be more than just an employee, but a team member and even part of our fun-loving restaurant family Things to know:
