Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them - Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval - Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Process payments and handle financial transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service writer or in a related role - Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, brake repair, diesel engine repair, or other automotive services - Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive sales processes - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians - Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Note:
