A few of the Tricks of the Trade that you will learn include:
Contract Management Analysis of Revenue and Costs and Percent of Completion General Ledger Reconciliations and JE's when needed Assistant Project Accounting Mgr.
with Month End Close Assist Procurement and Accounts Payable with P.
O.
& Invoice related issues Working with Bid and Operations Departments providing support documentation including Project Expense Invoices, Billing and Receipt histories and other information as needed.
Applicants must hold a minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and have at least 6 months of internship, or on the job accounting experience; working knowledge of Word and Excel.
ERP Experience is preferred - Oracle is a huge plus! This is an excellent opportunity with a very fast growing company.
The company provides a great compensation package that includes Health Insurance, 401k and competitive salary in the $50k-$60k range.
