As a Restaurant Employee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
1.
Food Preparation and Presentation:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of the cafeteria-style buffet, ensuring that all food items are fresh, properly cooked, and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, ensuring that food stations are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
- Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests in selecting and serving their desired food items, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
3.
Cashier Duties:
- Operate the cash register and accurately process guest payments.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with any billing or payment-related inquiries.
4.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
5.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely food replenishment and guest satisfaction.
- Support and assist colleagues in their tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate order processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
